James “Scooter” Livings serves as the Plant Manager of TLC Wood Additives. He is in charge of and oversees the day-to-day production of the manufacturing facility. Born in Andalusia, Alabama, he attended Columbus State University and has over 15 years of experience in the manufacturing and selling of wax emulsion products to the wood products industry.

Scooter and his wife, Heather, have two daughters, one son and are active members of Hahira First Baptist Church.
