TLC Mouldings, Inc.

TLC Mouldings, Inc. began production in 2001 as another chapter of The Langdale Company’s continued commitment to complete resource utilization. Located in Willacoochee, Georgia, TLC Mouldings, Inc. was originally created to utilize Langboard, Inc. Medium Density Fiberboard plant’s one foot drops that are a result of 5 ft panels being cut down to customer requested 4 ft panels. Today those one foot drops make up less than 20% of their total production.

Sold under the “Harmony” line brand, the 190,000 square foot facility produces baseboards, casings, chair rails and crown mouldings. Unlike traditional wood moulding, MDF is free of splits, knots and torn grain and will not warp or twist. Equipped with in-house computer design, tooling and maintenance allows TLC Mouldings, Inc. to create and reproduce customer profiles. The plant operates 24 hours a day, 5 days a week.
